1. Scope and Contracting Entity

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://dovemarch.com/ and the services made available through the website.

References in these Terms to “Dovemarch®,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean:

Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, photography, or lighting. Reasonable measurement tolerances may apply where they are disclosed or inherent in the product.

These qualifications do not permit us to materially misdescribe a product or remove remedies available for defective, unsafe, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

Where product-specific instructions, warnings, age, size, weight, supervision, or safety requirements are provided, you should review them before use.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products on the terms presented at checkout.

An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly identified.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change for future transactions.

A later price change does not automatically alter the price of an order that has already been accepted.

If we identify a material pricing or listing error before acceptance, we may contact you with the correct information and allow you to confirm the corrected purchase or cancel the affected order.

We will not increase the price charged for an accepted order without your agreement, except where a change is required by applicable law and legally permitted.

Promotional terms may contain additional eligibility requirements, dates, product exclusions, or other conditions. Those conditions will apply where they are clearly disclosed.

7. Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, product presentation, design elements, and other content may be owned by Dovemarch®, licensed to us, or otherwise lawfully used by us.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping and other uses permitted by applicable law.

Commercial copying, reproduction, distribution, republication, or exploitation requires appropriate authorization unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or exceptions that applicable intellectual property law gives to you.

You are not required to give up any right to seek urgent relief, contact a consumer-protection authority, lodge a complaint with a regulator, or use another legally available dispute-resolution method merely because we encourage customers to contact us first.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, proceedings may be brought before a competent court with jurisdiction over Wuhan Juyuan Tangchuang Network Technology Co., Ltd.

For consumers, this is not intended to create an exclusive court requirement where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another competent court, including a court in your country or place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration unless you separately and validly agree to arbitration in circumstances where such an agreement is legally enforceable.

Nothing in this Section 13 waives or limits a mandatory consumer right, statutory remedy, or legally available jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business operations, legal requirements, or policies.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, revised Terms apply prospectively from the date they are published or another later date stated in the revised Terms.

A revision does not retrospectively reduce the contractual rights or protections that applied to an order already accepted before the revision.

Existing purchase contracts remain subject to the terms and commitments applicable when the relevant order was accepted, except where a later change is required by law or separately agreed with you.

Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent for a change, publication of revised Terms alone does not replace that requirement.
